        Libia. October 1999. Moreover five hundred libian children are infected with HIV
under unclear circumstances. Six bulgarian medicians working in the same hospital 
are the main suspects. After no proof of any evidence pointing their guilt they are tortured 
with electricity in the centeral jail of Bengazi, and are being maltreated brutaly by the 
officials in order to make them acknowledge their guilt. They are forced to sign papers
written in arabian(which they cannot even read) that declare their guilt. Their suffering 
continues everyday. No phone calls are allowed. No letters are allowed. No visitations are allowed.
All of them were moved to a barrack where they were maltreated with dogs. 
Libian authorities rely and consider the bulgarians are secret agents sent to kill their 
children. One of the bulgarians cannot take the suffery anymore and tried a suicide.

        One year later the dept. foreign minestery was notified about the case. After the trial is
being put off several times(8) it finaly starts June 2001. dept. foreign minestery acheives 
visitation of the families of the prisoners and a bulgarian attorney for the trial. 
European headquartes are being notified by the bulgarian officials about the case and the
EU declared only mental support, without taking any action. The bulgarian attorney Vladimir
Sheitanov announces the judgement can be excpected in the late mid September(22). 
The prosecutor wants the medicians to face maximum penalty - death for the six of them.

      On the last confference of the court on June 2, the six bulgarian medicians
rejected the made confessions and announced that they were given under heavy psyholigical 
and physical torment. The EU declared they participatation for a transperant and 
fair trial.

íà àðàáñêè, êîéòî òåêñò äîðè íà ðàçáèðàò. Ïðîäúëæàâàò ìú÷åíèÿòà èì. Íå èì ñå ïîçâîëÿâàò
ðàçãîâîðè èëè ïèñìà äî áëèçêèòå èì. Áèâàò ïðåìåñòåíè îò çàòâîðà âúâ âîåííî ïîäåëåíèå, 
êúäåòî áèâàò èçìú÷âàíè ñ êó÷åòà. Ñïîðåä ëèáèéñêèòå âëàñòè òå ñà àãåíòè äîøëè ñ öåë äà óáÿò
äåöàòà èì. Åäíà îò çàäúðæàíèòå ïpabu îïèò çà ñàìîóáèéñòâî.

        Ñëåä ïîâå÷å îò ãîäèíà, Âúíøíî ìèíèñòåðñòâî ñëó÷àéíî ðàçáèðà çà ñëó÷àÿ.
Ñëåä êàòî äåëîòî ñðåùó òÿõ áèâà îòëàãàíî 8 ïúòè, òî íàêðàÿ çàïî÷âà ïðåç Þíè 2001.
Ïðîêóðîðúò èñêà ìàêñìàëíîòî íàêàçàíèå - ñìúðò. Âúíøíî ìèíèñòåðñòâî ðàáîòè áåç 
îñîáåí óñïåõ è åäèíñòâåíîòî êîåòî ïå÷åëè â òÿõíà ïîëçà å ñðåùàòà ñ áëèçêèòå èì 
è ñèìïàòèéòå íà íÿêîè åâðîïåèéñêè ëèäåðè ïî âúïðîñà. Ôàêò å, ÷å ñúñ ñèìïàòèè íå ñå 
ïå÷åëè äåëî. Ñïîðåä àäâîêàòà Âëàäèìèð Øåéòàíîâ, ïðèñúäà ìîæå äà ñå î÷àêâà íà 22 ñåïòåìâðè.

Êðèñòèÿíà Âúë÷åâà è Íàñÿ Íåíîâà ñå îòêàçàõà îò íàïðàâåíèòå ñàìîïðèçíàíèÿ è çàÿâèõà, ÷å ñà

ïðîäúëæè äà ó÷àñòâà â îáùèòå óñèëèÿ çà ãàðàíòèðàíå íà îáåêòèâåí, ñïðàâåäëèâ è ïðîçðà÷åí ïðîöåñ.
