This is LaTeX2HTML Version 2K.1beta (1.48).
Kolkoto i da se opitvam da generiram .html files s
<META ........ charset=windows-1251">
vse mi gi generira s charset=iso-8859-1...
Syvsem kulturno v /etc/latex2html.config sym slozhil :
$CHARSET = 'windows-1251';
zastoto v man-a taka pishe:
$CHARSET = 'iso_8859_1';
This specifies the character set used within the
HTML pages produced by LaTeX2HTML. If no value is
set in a configuration or initialisation file, the
default value will be assumed. The lowercase form
$charset is also recognised, but this is overridden
by the uppercase form.

Ostava grubo da se promeni default charset-a , no kato poglednah perl scrit-a
'latex2html' ne e dostatu4no prosto da se zameni string s string ... Ako
nqkoj znae kak, pls da se obadi ....
Drugiq _grub_ na4in e da se ponapishe sh/bash/awk/grep/i t.n. script kojto
da parse-va vsi4ki *.html files da namira "loshiq red" <META charset=...>
i da go podmeni s podhodqshtiq ...
