(primera e na NetBSD mashina)
zashto prosto ne si napravite edna grupa shutdown naprimer (to moze i da ima
takava), da promenite ownership-a na halt, shutdown, etc., i si dobavjaite v
grupata useri deto mogat da gasjat...
