lug-bg: [Omnigene-devel] New build.xml for OmniGene

Below is a list of new targets in the new build.xml file.  I would like
to check this file in this afternoon after everyone has reviewed the
below targets.  If you have questions regarding the new changes please
let me know.

<p>Compile targets:
    compile-omnigene                    compiles omnigene
framework/util/service classes
    compile-omniview                    compiles omniview classes
    compile-examples                    compiles all examples
    compile-tests                           compiles all tests
    compile-all                               compiles everything

<p>Jar targets:
    jar-omnigene                            jars omnigene
framework/util/service classes
    jar-omniview                            jars omniview classes

    jar-lookup-service-mbean          jars lookup mbean classes
    jar-lookup-service                     jars lookup
service/webservice classes
    create-lookup-jars                    creates the above two jars

    jar-analysis-service-mbean        jars analysis mbean classes
    jar-analysis-service                   jars analysis
service/webservice classes
    create-analysis-jars                  creates the about two jars

    jar-sso-service                         jars sso service classes
    jar-projped-service                   jars proped service classes
    jar-mailer-service                    jars mailer service classes
    jar-omnidas                             jars omnidas classes
    jar-security                             jars security classes
    jar-authenticator                      jars authenticator classes
    ear-application                        create application ear file

    jar-omnigene-examples            jars omnigene example classes

    create-all-jars                         create all the above jars

<p>Misc targets:
    dist            creates the complete binary distribution
                     (once you've created this you can run omniview
directly from this package)
    srcdist       creates the complete source distribution
    javadocs    creates javadocs
    clean         cleans build directories
    targets       displays most commonly used targets
