Proveri dali user-a na apacha mozhe ima r-x na /home, /home/htdocs,
/home/htdocs/hdd4 i r-- na /home/htdocs/hdd4/.htaccess.

Za da probvash kade se pracakva:

tavash root
$ su
... pass...

tavash apache
# su -s /bin/sh www-data

$ cd /home
$ cd htdocs
$ cd hdd4
$ cat .htaccess

i shte vidish tochno kade e problema.

www-data tryabva da se zamesti s user-a na apacha.
