qmail.org - TLS+SMTP-auth

Do you want to use starttls and smtp-auth at the same time? The above 
patches conflict, so you'll need this patch. Neal Groothuis combined the 
newest versions of the starttls and smtp-auth patches ( 20020526 and 
0.31 respectively).
