Zdrawejte,
interesuwa me kak po princip se puska WRR. Ima malko
dokumentaciq i tam e mnogo oskydna informaciqta. W
primera kojto e daden e slojen dopylnitelen softuer za
izmerwane na parametrite na WRR kojto ne mi trqbwa.
Wyprosyt mi e : Moga li da izpolzwam WRR za da mi
namalqwa skorosta na hora koito teglqt golemi fajlowe
za dylgo wreme kato oswen towa da moga da gi ogranicha
do nqkakwa skorost ot celiqt kanal. Znam che WRR sam
si prawi prawilata i sam si zakacha IP ili MAC
adresite tam. No kak moga i moga li da gi ogranicwam
negowite prawila ili da sloja nqkakwi drugi prawila
