Няколко идеи:

Виж дали ще моежеш да направиш нещо с :
- cdebootstrap:  cdebootstrap is used to create a Debian base system from 
scratch, without requiring the availability of dpkg or apt.
- debootstrap: debootstrap is used to create a Debian base system from 
scratch, without requiring the availability of dpkg or apt. It does this by
 downloading .deb files from a mirror site, and carefully unpacking them
 into a directory which can eventually be chrooted into.
... на някоя друга машина, след което да копираш фаиловете които ти 
трябват(/usr/*), или да ползваш Knoppix (ако има debootstrap). 

Или просто инсталираи Debian наново - без да триеш partitions, като преди това 
архивираш /etc (tar се намира в /bin - така че не си го изтрил.).
