lug-bg: qmail+qmail-scanner problem

Здравейте,
От няколко часа се опитвам да разбера какво става , и немога ...
значи проблема е следния:
Инсталирам Qmail+SpamAssasin+Qmail-Scanner (hvulih i edno oko na tozi 
simscan , no za sega predpochitam qmail-scanner-a dokato ne se uwerq w 
simscan-a) Проблема е следния. На oпределено време в директорията 
/var/spool/qmailscan stawa towa:
-rw-------   1 *root   root *    1968 Sep 17 14:22 
qmail-scanner-queue-version.txt
Тоест файла става собственност на роот-а и в логовете виждам това:

Тоест нещо рън-ва qmail-scanner-queue.pl -z с роот привилегий , но в 
крона (нито ат) има такъв таск.
когато стартирам  setuidgid qscand /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl 
-z файла става собственност на qscand.qscand 600 и ефекта е същия ... и 
немога да разбера какво става
Също така искам да попитам , по принцип след като съм компилирал 
qmail-scanner-a със --sa-delete and --sa-reject , защо след като 
спамассасина сложи X-Spam-Status: YES и има повече точки от колкото съм 
сложил в --sa-reject , писмото ВСЕ ПАК достига до потребителя ?
