Eto kakvo imam az za LaTeX:

You need the package BgTeX for LaTeX2e, that allow you to
type in your
document any latin and cyrillic text (in
cp1251 encoding) in any order. The package provides a
correct
hyphenation and the same quality of latin and
cyrillic text. You can replace all standard English words
which LaTeX
uses in standard styles and classes by their
Bulgarian equivalents, for example: "Chapter" as "Glava" (in
Bulgarian),
"References" as "Izpolzvana literatura" etc.
