za konkretniq sluchaj - webserver administraciq, 
reshih da izprobvam webdav - mod_dav

Iskam go static, poneze Apache ste e chrootnat.
obache mi se poqvi vednaga problem
ste bade strahotno, ako nqkoj dade ideq kakvo stava i kak da se opravq

Webmastera ti ste wizda servera prez webfolders na Win98 ili 95 s IE 5.
Ot tam ste moze da prawi drag/drop ili copy/paste.
