mozhe bi iconv protestira ponezhe file kojto se opitvash da convertirash to
cp1251, osven koi8-r sydyrzha i cp1251 simvoli. na position 93 veroqtno
sedi cp1251 kodiran simvol, i iconv se usymnqva v tvoq -f utf-8 flag. Opitaj
bez nego samo s -t.
