Здравей група,
едно "проблемче" ме тормози от няколко дни...
Debian Sarge
2 x 1GHz Celeron
512MB
MB - ASUS TR-DLS socket370
SCSI controler - LSI 53C1010 с модул sym53c8xx
машината е файлов сървър.
IDE-то:
ST320410A - 20GB /dev/hda

SCSI-тата:
lsscsi
[0:0:0:0]    disk    IBM      IC35L036UWD210-0 S5BS  /dev/sda
[0:0:1:0]    disk    IBM      IC35L036UWD210-0 S5BS  /dev/sdb
и двата диска са с по един цял дял.

Проблем: диск /dev/sda след като известно време няма процеси които да
пишат по дяла му, то дискът спира да се върти. При опит за писане
върху /dev/sda1 диска не може да се завърти.
Подобен проблем при втория диск не съществува.

Подробно какво става: При опит за писане на парвото скъзи контролера се
опитава да го завъти. Диска не успява да достигне нормални обороти на
работа и умира.
В кернел.лог почва да се пълни с И/О грешки за първото скъзи част от
лога съм го прикачил.
Чрез 
scsiadd -s виждам диска но при опит за завъртане с 
scsi-spin -u /dev/sda не реагира.
Извадих горещо диска и го сложих на ново, системата го разпозна но не
можа да го завърти.
Всички процеси пишещи по другите дискове се забавиха.
При рестарт контролера не разпозна един път диска, при повторен рестарт
го разпозна но без възможност да го управлява.
Чак при спирането на системата за няколко сек и пускането й на ново
диска отново функционира. 

Настройките на контролера са еднакви и за двата диска, но само първия се
паркира така ненадейно.

Имам подозрения че диска няма да го бъде ама дано не е така...
Дали някои си е блъскал главата с подобен проблем или има идея защо
става така??
