Da standart e ama nikude ne pishe dali e po utvyrden ot utf8 ;) Moito mnenie e che cp/windows/-1251 se naloji ot M$ . Interesno mi e koi ot dvata utf8/cp1251 e s po goliama istoria i upotreba ?:)
